Darrell Holly is a domestic violence administrator who oversees the LAP (lethality Assessment Program) with the Maryland Network Against Domestic Violence. Darrell has been a member of MNADV since 2019 and has over 20 years of experience as an administrator in the area of human services. Darrell has a Masters of Human Services from Lincoln University, and a background that includes working with women, men, and children affected by domestic violence trauma. Previously he has worked with adults with differing abilities and as a director at an outpatient mental health clinic in Baltimore Maryland. Darrell has spent the majority of his career advocating for the disfranchised and most vulnerable population.
