Alicia Aiken of the Confidentiality Institute and Christina Simmons of R.I.S.E. along with Julia McGlamary of APS present this interactive training to improve understanding of confidentiality and mandatory reporting requirements, what to do when they are in conflict, and how to work with Adult Protective Services while maintaining a relationship with the survivor.
