On Wednesday, April 15 at 3:00pm via Facebook Live, TurnAround, Inc. will host “Coping with Traumatic Stress: The Legal Perspective”, focusing on the legal needs of survivors. While Maryland courts are currently closed to the public; the courts are continuing to hear certain types of emergency matters. Maryland Legal Aid attorney, Lindsay Bramble will answer questions and share resources regarding the legal system for survivors of trauma.

Lindsay is a Staff Attorney with the Victims Assistance Project at Maryland Legal Aid. She received her JD from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law in 2015 and graduated from Georgetown University in 2011 with a BA in Psychology and French. Through MLA’s partnership with TurnAround, she primarily represents survivors in peace and protective order cases and family law matters. Prior to this role, she worked for the Maryland Center for Legal Assistance advising pro-se litigants on a variety of civil legal issues.
