Jennifer Pollitt Hill, Executive Director, has devoted her career to addressing violence against women.  In her current role, Jennifer leads the MNADV in its mission to work collaboratively with member organizations and allied agencies to steer the organization towards its vision of a violence free Maryland.

Formerly, Jennifer held the position of Executive Director for the Maryland Coalition Against Sexual Assault (MCASA) and HopeWorks of Howard County.  Prior to HopeWorks, Jenn was employed by the District of Columbia Office of Victim Services as a Senior Grants Manager with oversight of the District’s Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner program as well as grants associated with the Violence Against Women Act and the Victims of Crime Act.  Ms. Pollitt Hill holds a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Social Policy and Practice and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Psychology from Mary Baldwin College.
