David Blum, Grant Administrator, has dedicated his entire professional life to helping others. He has spent time working with various populations in many different roles through government agencies and not-for-profit organizations.
He joins MNADV after working at the Governor’s Office of Crime Prevention, Youth, and Victim Services as a Grant Manager overseeing victim service grants. Before his time at the state, he worked in Washington DC and the greater Baltimore area serving survivors of human trafficking, adults with differing abilities, and adolescents in residential care. David has a Master’s Degree in Counseling and undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Philosophy with minor studies in Social Work. He is very excited to contribute in helping create a violence free Maryland.
